How do I format an amount to show millions?

Report Order

For example, my report shows 100,000.00 and I want to show 2,100,000.00.

1. Open the report and go to the Formats tab.

2. Click on the field format.

3. Enter the pound (#) sign to add a digit. Enter additional commas (,) as needed. The field width automatically expands.
