What is a print profile?
The Print Profile stores the printing options for different print jobs. You can create print profiles for users, reports, forms, and so on. In addition, you can create print profiles to send print jobs to different printers, save print jobs as a file, or export print jobs.
Users can share print profiles created by other users.
