Can I let other users update my print profile?

Print Profile

You can share a print profile with other users and allow them to make changes to the print profile.

Allowing users to update my print profile

1. Open System Management > Printers > Setup/Modify Print Profiles.

2. Select the checkbox for Share This Profile with Other Users and Allow Other Users to Modify This Profile.

3. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Other users can update the print profile.
