How do I set up the Document Management Interface?

The Document Management Interface is the bridge Caselle apps will use to store and retrieve files from a third-party document management application. You'll need to set up the Document Management Interface to make the Document Management tools in each Caselle app available for use.

Setting up Document Management

1. Open Connect System Management > Organization > Document Management Interface.

2. Select the document management interface.

The Document Management Interface that you select will determine the type of information Caselle will need to complete the interface between Caselle Document Management and the third-party document management software you are using to store the documents.

If you need assistance setting up the Document Management Interface, contact Caselle customer service. 

3. Click Save  (CTRL+S). 

The Document Management Interface is set up.
