How do I open an attachment?

Attachments

When you open an attachment, Connect will search for the default program your computer uses to open the file for viewing and editing.

Opening an attachment

1. Click to select the Attachments tab.

Connect displays the attachments assigned to the property in the pane on the left.

2. Click to select an attachment.

3. Click to select Open the Selected Attachment .

Connect displays the attachment in the viewing pane on the Attachment subtab. If a URL is listed as the File Name, Connect will launch the URL in the default Internet browser.
