How do I add a legal description to a master property?
Master property record
Attach a legal description to a master property record. A legal description is a written explanation that describes a specific piece of real property.
Adding a legal description
1. Open Connect System Management > Master Records > Setup/Modify Properties.
If you're already working on a master property, skip to step 2.
2. Click to select the Legal Description tab.
3. Enter a brief legal description.
The brief legal description will print on reports and forms where space is limited.

4. Enter a detailed legal description.
Type or copy and paste the real property's legal description.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The legal description is saved on the master property record.
