Issue

A fund is out of balance.

Explanation

The sum for the transactions in the period is not zero.

Solution

To fix this error,

create journal entries for the fund to balance the fund (Journals > Enter Journal Amounts), or
create allocations to balance the fund. (Journals > Create Allocations), or
check if the account segment code is correct for the account number. The account segment code determines which accounts are included in a fund.
