Set up a pay code to calculate a leave rate.
You can set up a pay code to calculate leave time. You'll need to set up a leave rate and leave level before you get started. Payroll will use the pay codes that are linked to a leave rate and leave level to calculate leave time for employees who are assigned to the pay code.

Add a leave rate to the Leave Rates table. See the help topic titled How do I add a leave rate?
Add a leave level to the leave rate.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Pay Codes.
2. Use the field titled Pay Code to enter a pay code and sub code.
3. Click to select the Pay Code tab.
4. Use the Leave Rate menu to select the leave rate.
5. Use the Leave Level menu to select the leave level.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The pay code will calculate leave time.
