Link an employee to a user ID.
Payroll employees will need a Caselle User ID to use the timekeeping tools in Connect Online.

Set up a Caselle User ID for the employee in System Management. Use Setup/Modify User Rights to add a Caselle User ID for a single employee. To create a Caselle User ID for all of the employees, use Synchronize Payroll Employees instead.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the Look Up bar to enter the employee name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Employee tab.
4. Click to select field titled User.
5. Enter the Caselle User ID.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The employee is linked to a Caselle User ID.
