Print W-2 Forms for employees in the W-2 Employees table.
Use plain paper to make sure the W-2 information prints in the right place on the W-2 Form. After you've made any adjustments to the printer, you're ready to print the actual W-2s to the W-2 Forms.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Government Reporting > W-2/W-3s.
2. Use the Title menu to select a report definition.
3. Use the Tax Year menu to select the tax year to print on the W-2s.
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The W-2s print to plain paper. Stack the printed W-2 over the W-2 Form to make sure the fields are printing in the correct place on the W-2 Form. You'll want to make changes to adjust the form alignment before printing the actual W-2 Forms.

In version 2019.02 or later, the W-2/W-3s report will print the W-3 Summary on the last page of the report.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Payroll > Government Reporting > W-2/W-3s.
2. Use the Title menu to select a report definition.
3. Use the Tax Year menu to select the tax year.
The report will print W-2s and W-3 Summary for the selected tax year.
4. Select the Kind of Payer.
The report prints W-2s for one kind of payer at a time.
5. Select the Kind of Employer.
The report prints W-2s for one kind of employer at a time.
6. Load the W-2 Forms in the printer.
7. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The W-2s print to the W-2 Form.
