Why can't I see a work order in my queue?

View work orders that are assigned to you.



Is the work order assigned to you?

Unless you have access to see work orders for everyone, Connect Online will only show you the work orders assigned to you. If there's a work order out there that you should be working on, check with your manager to make sure the work order is assigned to you and not to someone else.

Is it a new work order that was just created?

If the work order was just created, try clicking the Reload button on the Internet web browser to refresh the work order list. The Reload button (CTRL+R) is usually located near the beginning of the web address, like this in Google Chrome...
