There are pros and cons to using an electronic time clock. Do you have any to add to the list?
Pros

  • Efficient – Hours will be ready to be turned in on time. Time saved from entering hours into a system from a paper form.
  • Accuracy

Cons

  • Cost
  • Flexibility – some employees work “off-site”, where would they go to clock in electronically?
