DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Document Management is a user-friendly module that allows you to interface Caselle to a third party document management solution. Store and retrieve documents, such as correspondence, purchase orders, invoices, employee records, confidential data, court documents, and so on.


The Document Management Interface, when used with software provided by a Caselle Strategic Partner, allows you to quickly search and retrieve stored documents while you are running Caselle applications.

Software Features

  • Use the Viewer to display files stored in a Document Management application in Caselle’s Inquiry program.
  • Use the Output tool to create files to be saved in the Document Management application.
  • Use the Indexing tool to store scanned images in the correct location.
