Payment is required to validate your registration. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: To receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per registration, cancellations must be received via fax, email or regular mail on or before September 25, 2015. No refunds will be offered after September 25, 2015. No discounts or refunds are available for partial conference attendance.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
